Once the sheep are sheared, the wool will be sent for processing into roving. Once the roving is received back on the Farm, Joy's spinning wheel start spinning, yarn will be spun, and the needles will start clicking with wonderful hand spun yarn! Since some of our customers prefer the ease of super wash wool or acrylic yarns, we do offer knit and crocheted items in these fibers. Come see us at the Market for our current selection of hand knit hats, scarves, headbands, infant & toddler sweaters! We also offer crocheted cotton washcloths and acrylic knit and crocheted baby blankets. Great for keeping warm this Winter and for Gifts! |
